At Tocad Energy, we have been involved in the battery business for nearly 50 years. Based on our expertise in design and manufacturing of battery packs, which was cultivated during our years of operation, we operate our business comprehensively, from the selection of cells to the development, manufacturing, and sales of battery packs.

Standard packs

Small equipment
These are small battery packs with power capacity below 500Wh.
We develop and manufacture a wide array of small battery packs, from products for consumer use to ones for industrial use, including lithium ion batteries, nickel-metal hydride batteries, nickel-cadmium batteries, and lithium primary batteries.

Medium-sized equipment
These are medium-sized battery packs with a 500Wh to 2kWh power capacity.
We select the optimal cell and pack specifications in accordance with desired properties and performance, operating environment, and other factors.
Each comes with an advanced built-in BMS*, which enables maintenance of a high level of safety and long-term reliability.
Standard packs
A diverse lineup of products for powered equipment and energy storage
We offer a diverse lineup of products, including REB-101 and REB-102 24V universal lithium ion battery packs, EVB-101 and ESB-101 48V universal lithium ion battery packs, and dedicated battery chargers for the respective products.
We also support the development and building of large systems by combining these medium-sized standard packs.
Custom packs
Development based on selection of cells from diverse options and our BMS technologyWe select cells that fulfill requirements, such as safety, output characteristics, operating temperature and environment, and long-term cycle, and develop battery packs with built-in BMS, which is our core technology.
Large equipment
These are large battery packs with power capacity exceeding 2kWh.
We provide power solutions that will be essential in the coming decarbonized society.
We cater to a wide range of needs, from development of systems combining our medium-sized standard modules to development of custom packs with optimal cells.

Rechargeable batteries
At Tocad Energy, we also offer various battery packs we developed and standard packs/custom packs combined with battery chargers developed for the packs.
In developing battery packs and chargers as a set, we conduct matching verification, which ensures high reliability of the products. This also allows customers to use battery chargers with optimal charge control for each battery pack.
